Thought it might be but didnīt like to assume. I'm no expert but it looks worth every penny.
Would you like me to remove my post so you have a straight run rather than a comment stuck in the middle.

Lovely house Mike, very homely, I would move in straight away if I was looking for a house. Do you sell it with furniture, as I know a couple looking for a house in Chayofa, we life there to and they love it here.

Yes. I am selling it furnished.
There a few things that are specifically not included in the price and these will be fully detailed to anyone interested.
Two sound systems ... because they are obsolete and I cant replace them.
LG Solardom - again obsolete and I can't replace.
I would like to keep my cream leather captains chair - but this isn't a deal breaker
Seems too cheap! As a German Estate Agent said to me when I said I thought a house was too expensive his reply was "But this is Chayofa!" Wish I could afford it!;) Good luck with the sale Mike!
It looks fantastic Mike, Also i think Chayofa is a great location after i was up there last month! Some stunning views!

I agree, Al. I wish I'd have considered living there before I moved to where I am now.
Until I went there a few months ago it was never on my radar.
Too late now though.
