I bought a Moviestar dongle a year or more ago whilst in Tenerife so I could get my laptop working. I have no further use for it and it's on Ebay in the UK.
However, I recall a whole bunch of paperwork when buying it - having to have proof of address etc to register the sim.
What would happen in Tenerife if I passed it to a friend. Could they just as easily buy a new sim and re-register?
What about a tourist trying to buy a local sim in Tenerife....obviously no proof of local address? Possible?
