Is it easy to check out a car. I've had mine for six years, but I'm thinking about changing it. I seem to recall when I bought it, I just went to the cultural centre in Las Galletas with the registration number. They informed me there was a years tax due, but that was all. Would they tell you also if it has outstanding HP or embargos, or do you have to go somewhere else for that?
